Senior Programme Officer, Apprenticeships – Talent for Care

Sophie is the Senior Programme Officer in the Health Education England Talent for Care National Apprenticeship team and specialises in the growth of the RNDA government manifesto. In her previous role as national administrator for the team she supported and got involved with large-scale projects across the many NHS apprenticeships available.
A large part of her work was coordinating the Care Certificate, Support Worker Voice and Higher Development Award events. After obtaining a first-class degree in July 2020, Sophie continued her learning in 2022 and passed a Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration.
Outside of work Sophie enjoys meeting her friends, going to the gym and spending time with her two dogs.
