The Healthcare Science Apprenticeships were some of the first apprenticeship standards developed by employers. Since their development over 1400 apprentices have started on a Healthcare Science Apprenticeship.
Apprenticeships are a fantastic way for employers to upskill existing staff, attract new talent, raise the profile of our vital scientific careers in the NHS and develop new roles in healthcare science. To support the continued growth and profile of Healthcare Science Apprenticeships the National Talent for Care Team and School of Healthcare Science will be jointly working together over the spring to develop a suite of new employer facing resources, these will include: role descriptions, case studies, blog posts and employer guidance.
