Health Education England’s National Volunteering Unit are leading a project to deliver 1000 places for the virtual two-day Adult Mental Health First Aid training.
The training was initially available to volunteers in the charity Project Wingman. Project Wingman is a charity which has supported the NHS throughout the pandemic with wellbeing services and provided the equivalent of over 50 years health and wellbeing provision.
This training is now available to NHS Staff on a first come first served basis until the project ends in December 2022.
